Serving Seasoned Women of God

I believe a part of my life’s calling is to assist my Seasoned Christian Sisters to reach their full potential and find their true life’s calling according to God’s Will in their business and in life.

God has shaped and equipped you for your particular destiny and purpose. As a Coach and minister to women, I am fulfilling a part of my God-given purpose by assisting Christian women who desire to find clarity of purpose along with success and prosperity through what they do. I am grateful that I can develop a way to help you see the work of the Lord in your life by creating the National Association of Christian Women in Business.   I want this to be a community where you gain confidence in your abilities so you will pursue the work that allows you to exercise all your gifts.

My own journey into business started in the eighth grade when I became the organist at the local church. I soon branched out and started playing for different churches and events. By high school, I purchased my first car and started saving for college.

I also started thinking about my faith journey at an early age. At the age of 14 I bought a Bible and decided to read it through to understand Jesus and what being a Christian was all about. It took a whole year for me to complete reading the whole Bible. Since then, I have continued to read through the Bible almost every year and have led others through this annual reading multiple times.

After graduating from college, I joined the Peace Corps and lived and worked in Cameroon, West Africa for 2 ½ years before traveling to other African countries. Around 1995, I started being active in ministry work, training women in leadership positions and speaking on Biblical topics wherever I was invited to do so.

In 2002, I was licensed in ministry and started speaking in multiple denominations and events. I also earned a Masters in Organizational Development and one in Organizational Behavior, and a Ph.D. Human and Organization Systems. My doctoral research was on women’s leadership styles. In 2010, I became a Board Certified Health Counselor with certification from the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.

One of most life-changing events in my life came in 2004 when I became the sole care provider for my elderly mother. During these years, I experienced the isolation and loss of professional identity that comes with giving up everything to attend to the care of another person without assistance. However, I also felt inspired to create the National Association of Christian Women in Business (NACWIB) in order to carry on the work of using my spiritual and professional gifting to encourage and train others. After 2 ½ years, my mother lovingly passed into the arms of the Lord. At that time, I decided to continue building on the mission of NACWIB to equip Christian women from around the world to become powerful, well-equipped women who can make an impact in the marketplace.

Today, the NACWIB mailing has members from all over the world who regularly receive our newsletters and participate in various trainings, coaching and other events. I hope you will join NACWIB and start benefiting from our programs. I am also available for coaching in business, life, career, and health programs.

May God Greatly Bless You in Whatever Your Heart and Hands Find to Do!
