ABOUT the FOUNDER _______________________________________________________
It all started around 1997 –I’d been working with small business professionals, running my own business and working in various forms of ministries for almost 20 years, when, in 1997, I was asked by the leader of a community based women’s ministry group to present a workshop on leadership for the members of her organization.
___
This wonderful mix of women came from all backgrounds and experiences. They formed a cornucopia of ethnic and cultural groups, ages, economic status, educational levels and denominational memberships. In all of that diversity, they were bonded together by their love for Christ and their desire to be the best leader possible for their organizations.
___
Since then, I turned much of my professional efforts to serving the support needs of Christian women in business and leadership through activities that included workshops, public speaking engagements, trainings sessions, and more.
I’ve been blessed to work with small businesses and entrepreneurs from all over the world. My work in developing nations started when I served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in West Africa. Currently, I also teach business and organization studies from freshman to doctoral levels at several universities and serve as a consultant to small business professionals. I am a Certified Creativity Coach and Certified Executive Business Coach.

Operating a business is one way you can express your God-given life purpose. I look forward to having you join in the activities of the National Association of Christian Women in Business (NACWIB) and in being able to asisist you to develop and grow in your business goals.
May God Greatly Bless Your Business Goals,
Consuelo
